High pressure in the HSC hydraulic
system due to the following rea-
sons:
- improper connection of high pres-
sure hoses
- sticking of the dosing pump safety
valve (possibly due to dirt accumula-
tion)
1) Considering extreme complexity and responsibility of the dosing pump from the point of view
of steering system safety, its assembly and disassembly shall be carried out only by servicing
personnel of manufacturing company (or other authorized maintenance department), properly
trained, having studied dosing pump design and service and dosing pump assembly-
disassembly manuals, and provided they have all the required service tools, accessories and a
special hydraulic stand, ensuring adjustment and check of dosing pump parameters and oper-
ability after the repairs have been made. Otherwise, the person performing the dosing pump
assembly and disassembly, replacement of parts and components or adjustment of valves, as
well as the tractor owner, bear full responsibility for dosing pump non-operability.
Increased play in the steering wheel
Tighten pin nuts with the torque of 180 to 200 Nꞏm and
fasten with split pins
Eliminate the clearance in steering joints, as indicated in sec-
tion 6 "Technical maintenance"
Replace the lower cardan-joint yoke
Replace cardan shaft
Contact the dealer. Replacement of springs, assembly
and check of operability shall be performed only by
maintenance department in accordance with manufactur-
er's instruction
Incomplete steering angle of steering wheels
Contact the dealer. It is required to adjust the pressure
relief valve for the required pressure
Contact the dealer
Repair the FDA
Adjust toe-in of front wheels as specified in section 6 «Tech-
nical maintenance"
Breakdown of feed pump
Perform the connection in strict observance of the operation
manual
Contact the dealer. Rinsing of dosing-pump components is
required. Assembly and adjustment of safety valve for the
required pressure and check of operability shall be per-
formed only by maintenance department in accordance with
manufacturer's instruction
