2.27 Creeper control

Upon request your tractor can be equipped with a creeper.
The creeper is designated to be installed on tractors, operating with machines which require
low gears.
On tractors "BELARUS-80.1/82.1/820 equipped with the gear reduction unit in
a mechanical creeper MHU-05 (МХУ-05) can be installed or hydraulic creeper GHU-05 (ГХУ-05).
On tractors equipped with the reverse-reduction gear in the transmission a mechanical
creeper MHU-05 (МХУ-05) can be installed.
The mechanical creeper MHU-05 (МХУ-05) is controlled by range shift rod ХУ 2 (figure
2.27.1.) and by gear shift lever ХУ 1 (in figure 2.1.2 range shift rod ХУ 9, gear shift lever ХУ 10).
On tractors equipped with the step-up gear or gear reduction unit the installation of GHU-05 (ГХУ-
05) allows to get additionally sixteen forward travel gears and sixteen reverse travel gears. On trac-
tors equipped with the reverse-reduction gear, the installation of MHU-05 (МХУ-05) allows to get
additionally eight forward travel gears and eight reverse travel gears.
The hydraulic creeper GHU-05 (ГХУ-05) is controlled by range shift rod ХУ 2 (figure 2.27.1)
and by gear shift lever ХУ 1 and by throttle handle ХУ 3. On tractors equipped with the step-up
gear or gear reduction unit the installation of GHU-05 (ГХУ-05) allows to get sixteen forward travel
gears and sixteen reverse travel gears. By rotating handle 3 of the GHU-05 (ГХУ-05) throttle a
stepless speed change is achieved during tractor travel with the first range of the creeper engaged.
The mechanical creeper MHU-05 (МХУ-05) is controlled by range shift rod ХУ 2 (figure
2.27.1) and by gear shift lever ХУ 1 (in figure 2.1.2 range shift rod ХУ 9, gear shift lever ХУ 10). On
tractors equipped with the step-up gear or gear reduction unit the installation of MХУ-05 allows to
get additionally sixteen forward travel gears and sixteen reverse travel gears. On tractors equipped
with the reverse-reduction gear, the installation of MHU-05 (МХУ-05) allows to get additionally
eight forward travel gears and eight reverse travel gears.
The hydraulic creeper GHU-05 (ГХУ-05) is controlled by range shift rod ХУ 2 (figure
2.27.1), by gear shift lever ХУ 1 and throttle handle ХУ 3. On tractors equipped with the step-up
gear or gear reduction unit the installation of GHU-05 (ГХУ-05) allows to get additionally sixteen
forward travel gears and sixteen reverse travel gears. By rotating handle 3 of GHU-05 (ГХУ-05)
throttle stepless gear shift is achieved during tractor travel with the first range of the hydraulic
creeper engaged.

It is possible to purchase MХУ-05 and GHU-05 (ГХУ-05) separately from the tractor (if the
gearbox with creeper drive is installed on your tractor) and to mount it on the tractor with the help of
your dealer. The mechanical creeper MHU-05 (МХУ-05) installed on the tractor can be reequipped
into the hydraulic creeper GHU-05 (ГХУ-05).
If the mechanical creeper or the hydraulic creeper is installed on your tractor, than the operation
manual of the creeper 102-1742000 OM is attached to the tractor, in which the information about the op-
eration rules, technical maintenance, composition and failures elimination of MHU-05 (МХУ-05) or GHU-
05 (ГХУ-05) is given
If you order MHU-05 (МХУ-05) or GHU-05 (ГХУ-05) separately from the tractor the operation
manual 102-1742000 OM is supplied with the creeper.
