bolts in cover seats by turning around the axis by
180°, and reset the contact plate with the other side

Stop the engine, disengage the battery, then strip the
contacts of starter relay or set the contact bolts in
cover seats by turning around the axis by 180°, and
reset the contact plate with the other side
Replace the flywheel crown
Replace the starter drive
Replace the relay
Charge or replace the accumulator battery
Relieve the flywheel teeth or replace the flywheel ring
Clean the drive and shaft from oil grease; apply
grease ЦИАТИМ-201/203/221
Relieve the teeth or replace the drive
Remove the alternator and send it to a repair workshop
