Tighten the intake duct clamps with the torque of 5.5 to 10 Nꞏm.
IT IS PROHIBITED TO OPERATE THE TRACTOR WITH DEFECTS OF AIR-
TIGHTNESS IN INTAKE DUCT.
Depressurization of the circuit that delivers air to intake manifold can have a nega-
tive impact on reliability of the readings on clogging indicator, so that a considerable vol-
ume of non-cleaned air can ingress the cylinders, containing high concentration of dust,
which, in case of contaminating the oil, causes accelerated wear of the engine's cylinder
and piston group.
6.4.4.10 Operation 41. Greasing of RLL turning shaft bushings
Note – If using grease MS-1000 TU 0254-003-45540231-99 the operation shall be
performed every 1000 hours of tractor operation.
To lubricate RLL turning shaft bushings, do the following:
- clean two grease fittings 2 (Figure 6.4.33), located in RLL bracket 1, from dirt and
dried grease;
- inject both grease fittings 2 with grease until it appears from gaps.

6.4.4.11 Operation 42. Check of oil level in transmission
To check oil level in transmission of tractors without creeper, proceed as follows:
- put the tractor on a level ground;
- extract oil dipstick 1 (Figure 6.4.34), which is located on the left side of gearbox,
and determine the oil level;
- normal operational oil level shall be between the higher and the middle marks of
oil dip-stick;
- if necessary, remove plug 5 on upper cover of gearbox 6 and refill oil to the proper
level (in order to get access to the oil filler plug 5 on tractors with universal cabin (with canopy
frame or canopy base based on universal cabin) unscrew five bolts and remove floor cover
under your feet);
- place back oil dipstick 1, plug 5 and floor cover.
To check oil level in transmission of tractors equipped with a creeper (hydraulic
creeper), proceed as follows:
- put the tractor on a level ground;
- unscrew check plug 3 (Figure 6.4.34), located on the body of creeper (hydraulic
creeper) 4;
- if the oil level is below the level of check plug 3, top up oil to reach the check
plug 3 level, screw in check plug 3 and additionally fill the gearbox housing with 10±0.1 l of
oil. If the oil level is above the level of check plug 3, then wait for the oil to drain down to
the check plug 3 level, then screw in check plug 3 and additionally fill the gearbox housing
with 10±0.1 l of oil.
1 – RLL bracket; 2 – grease fitting; 3 – grease gun.
