6.2.6 Providing access to tractor components for maintenance service of tractor
with plastic hood 92П- 8402020.
Before starting technical maintenance, it is required to remove the monocyclone,
raise and fix hood 4 (Figure 6.2.6) which is pivot-attached to the supports before chassis
cab. Proceed as follows
- remove the monocyclone by pulling it upwards;
- unscrew handle 1;
- remove side plate 2;
- pull handle 3 of the wire to fix hood 4 lock, then raise hood 4 in its top position by
using handgrip 5;
- fix the hood with the help of rod 6.
WARNING: BEFORE STARTING TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE IN THE AREA
UNDER THE HOOD, MAKE SURE IT IS SECURELY FIXED IN THE OPEN POSITION!
To lower the hood, proceed as follows:
- slightly raise hood 4 in order to release rod 6;
- lower hood 4 to its lower position;
- manipulate handgrip 5 until you hear a typical "click" (actuation of hood lock);
- install side plate 2;
- screw up handle 1 against the stop.
To get quick access to oil tank of HLL and HSC, which is located before the chassis
cab, do the following:
- remove monocyclone 12;
- remove decorative caps 7;
- unscrew bolts 8;
- remove washers 9 and 10;
- remove hatch 11.
After completing maintenance and repair of components of the oil tank for HLL and
HSC, proceed as follows:
- install hatch 11;
- install washers 9 и 10;
- screw in bolts 8 with the torque from 2 to 3 N  m;
- fasten decorative caps 7;
- install monocyclone 12.
