3.19 Cabin

3.19.1 General information

Complete cabin of BELARUS-80.1/82.1/820 tractors provides comfortable working
conditions, temperature insulation and noise insulation, and complies with safety and visi-
bility requirements.
The cab has the following emergency exits:
- doors – left and right;
- rear window;
- roof.
The cab's natural ventilation is carried out through the rear and side opening win-
dows and with the roof opened.
The cab is equipped with safe tempered glass of a flat shape.
ATTENTION: WHILE OPERATING AND PERFORMING REPAIR WORKS, AVOID
IMPACTS OF THE GLASSES OF THE CAB!
Against order, a canopy frame or a canopy base on the basis of universal cabin or
small cabin may be installed instead of the complete cab.
ATTENTION: BELARUS-80.1/82.1 TRACTORS WITH A CANOPY FRAME OR A CAN-
OPY BASE ON THE BASIS OF UNIVERSAL CABIN OR SMALL CABIN ARE NOT INTENDED
FOR EXPORT INTO THE CUSTOMS UNION COUNTRIES

3.19.2 Mounting and dismounting of complete cabin

The cab is installed on the tractor framework through vibration absorbers 4 (figure 3.19.1).
When dismounting the cabin, it is necessary to:
- remove split pins 1;
- undo nuts 2;
- remove bolts 3;
- remove the cab with an overhead crane with a load capacity of at least 1000 kg,
using two eyes 1 (figure 3.19.2) welded onto upper longitudinal beams 2 of the cab to fix
the chains (wires).
