3.15.2.4 Adjustment of draft link

Carry out adjustment of draft link after adjustment of draft sensor:
- set switch 1 (figure 3.15.10) to middle position;
- by means of the additional lever create effort, providing turn of the eyebar into ex-
treme position (in the direction of arrow "A");
- holding the lever in a pressed position (along arrow "A"), check the possibility of
the lug of switch 1 input into the slot of draft lever 3. If this fails, adjust the length of link 6,
so that switch 1 goes freely with its lug into the slot of lever 3.
- shorten link 6 by 1 turn of adjusting nuts 7.
With the agricultural implement mounted on the tractor use of a special additional
lever for adjustment of draft link is not required. In this case it is sufficient to slightly lift the
implement over the surface of the ground, on which the tractor stands, with that the weight
of the implement will create the necessary tensile force on the draft sensor through the
central link. One should keep in mind that in this case the central link shall be set on the
upper hole of the eyebar of the mounted implement. Lift the implement until it is off the
ground.
