5.4 Peculiarities of tractor hydraulic system use for driving of operated parts
and other elements of unitized hydraulically operated machines and aggregates
Hydraulic system for controlling the lift linkage of BELARUS-80.1/82.1/820 tractor
enables oil extraction for the operation of coupled machines. The following options are
available:
- oil extraction by unidirectional and bidirectional hydraulic cylinders;
- replenishment of oil volume in the tank caused by filling of cavities of hydraulic cyl-
inders and fittings of the implement, which shall be provided after testing the performance
of the tractor hydraulic system with the implement;
- oil extraction for drive of hydraulic motors (hydromotors).
While operating hydraulically-powered machines having hydraulic motors, the hy-
draulic motor drain line shall be connected to the tractor's special outlet for free drain of oil
into the tank bypassing the distributor, and if it is not available, through a special line into
the filler neck of the tank.
ATTENTION: A CERTAIN OIL SUPPLY IS REQUIRED FOR PROVIDING NECES-
SARY ROTATIONAL SPEED OF THE COUPLED IMPLEMENT'S HYDROMOTOR. HY-
DRAULIC FLUID SUPPLY ON THE TRACTOR BELARUS-80.1/82.1/820 DEPENDS ON
THE ENGINE RPM, FOR THIS REASON THE IMPLEMENT HYDRAULIC DRIVE SHALL
BE EQUIPPED WITH ITS OWN FLOW ADJUSTING VALVE!
In case of using tractor hydraulic system outputs for the coupled implement service,
it is necessary to ensure the required volume of oil in the tank. Oil extraction by cylinders
of the coupled implement shall not exceed eight liters.
Excessive oil extraction during coupling causes load increase on the tractor hydraulic
system. If using a hydraulic drive for a long time, it is necessary to monitor the temperature
range in the hydraulic system.
Check of oil level in the tractor hydraulic tank and its refilling shall be carried out
with retracted operating cylinder plungers, both on the coupled implement and on the trac-
tor. It is forbidden to fill in the oil when the coupled implement's operating parts are uplifted
as it can result in the tank overflow and the hydraulic drive elements blowout because of
the excessive oil displacement from cylinders at the subsequent lowering of the operating
parts.
The main HLL characteristics of tractor BELARUS-80.1/82.1/ for drive of operating
parts of coupled hydraulically-powered implements and machines are shown in Table 5.4.1.
