IT IS FORBIDDEN TO OPERATE THE LOADER ON A TRACTOR WITHOUT A CAB
OR A CANOPY FRAME; WITHOUT NOT-WILLED MOVEMENT LIMITING SYSTEM (SEAT
BELTS), AS WELL AS IN CONFIGURATION WITH FRONT AND REAR TYRES OF ANY
OTHER CONFIGURATION THAN THE BASIC ONE.
To install a loading equipment kit, use the holes of the front beam, side rail and
coupling clutch housing of the tractor. For the purpose of unloading the semi-frame and
the coupling clutch case, it is required to use adjustable bars or other constructive ele-
ments connected to rear semi-axles' tubes of the rear axle, which transfer a part of push
force to the tractor rear axle. For rigidity, it is desirable that the right and left parts of the
loader mounting frame are rigidly connected with each other.
Loader installation scheme is shown in figure 5.10.1.
1 – loading equipment kit for the tractor; 2 – cross-linkage of loader frame;
3 – push rod; 4 – loader bucket; 5 – rear ballast weight.
To provide sufficient traction force generated by tractor rear wheels, it is necessary
to create sufficient load on the rear axle, which shall make not less than 60 % of tractor
operational weight considering the installed loader weight.
The right proportion of loads on tractor axles can be achieved by ballasting the rear
axle with weights, solution filled into tyres, rear counterweight (hook-on bucket with ballast
load) attached to rear lift linkage.
ATTENTION: IN THE LOADER OPERATION MANUAL DESIGNED FOR CON-
SUMERS, LOADER MOUNTING ORDER SHALL BE SPECIFIED WITH ILLUSTRATIONS
INCLUDING INFORMATION ON SHIFTING AND DISMOUNTING OF TRACTOR ELE-
MENTS.
The loader design shall provide safety and locking devices (fast coupling clutches,
retarder valves, overload limiters and others) that preclude conflicting motion of mecha-
nisms, overloads and breakages in operation when there is excess of permissible pressure
values in the hydraulic system, of rated load capacity or traction force.
In the mode of ground cutting, it is necessary to provide protection of tractor and
loader chassis from overload. Overturning of loader operating part (bucket etc.) can hap-
pen due to actuation of a special valve integrated in the loader system.
