Link 1 of RLL locking mechanism in transport position (figure 2.28.10) has two posi-
tions:
"RLL locked" – the upper most link position;
"RLL locked in upper (transport) position" – the lower most link position.
To lock RLL in transport position proceed as follows:
-raise the implement into the upper most position by setting handle 22 (figure
2.28.1) of the HLL distributor (on tractors without draft control) or draft control handle 26 to
the position "lifting";
- after setting RLL into the upper most position shift link 1 (figure 2.28.10) down.
- release handle 22 (figure 2.28.1) of the HLL distributor or draft control handle 26.
To unlock the RLL slightly raise the implement by handle 22 (figure 2.28.1) of
the HLL distributor or by draft control handle 26 and shift link 1 (figure 2.28.10) up.
2.28.9 Operation of rear lift linkage with draft control of tractors with canopy frame
or canopy base on the basis of a small cabin.
On tractors "BELARUS-80.1/82.1" with canopy frame or canopy base on the basis
of a small cabin draft control is installed, which provides a possibility for draft, position,
depth control of agricultural implements position.
Operating elements of draft control, which provides a possibility for draft, position,
depth control of agricultural implements position, are shown in figure 2.28.11.
Draft control is operated by handle 2 (figure 2.28.11). The control method is preset -
– draft, position or depth.
Handle 2 has the following positions:
- "N" – "Neutral" (fixed position);
- "Lifting" – the rear most position (non-fixed). Hold handle 2 by hand until the implement
is lifted to the desired height. After you release handle 2 it returns to "Neutral";
- "Positive lowering" – the front most position (non-fixed). When you set handle 2 to po-
sition "Positive lowering" sector 3 shifts simultaneously with shifting of handle 2. Hold han-
dle 2 until the implement is lowered to the desired degree. After you release handle 2 it re-
turns to the end of the control area (intermediate "Neutral") simultaneously with sector 3 by
action of spring 4.
- "Automatic control range" (control area) – between position "Neutral" and "Lowering".
Start of the implement lowering corresponds to the beginning of the control area (minimum
tilling depth). End of control area corresponds to the maximum tilling depth.
To switch draft, position, and depth control use switch 6. To access the switch take off cov-
er 8, to do this do two bolts out and take off cover 8. The switch has the following positions:
- "N" – Off (depth control);
- "II" – Draft control;
- "I" – Position control.
ATTENTION: BEFORE YOU SET THE SWITCH TO THE DESIRED POSITION RAISE
THE RLL IN THE UPPER MOST POSITION!
