6.4.2 Technical maintenance every 125 hours of operation

6.4.2.1 General instructions
Perform the previous operations as well as those listed in this subsection 6.4.2.
6.4.2.2 Operation 11. Check of threaded joint tightening of wheels mounting
Check of threaded joints tightening of wheels mounting shall be carried out once to-
gether with the first STM (after 8-10 hours of operation), which is carried out by the cus-
tomer, and then every 125 hours of operation.
Check the tightening of wheel-retaining nuts and hub bolts, and, if necessary, tight-
en them up:
- tightening torque for bolts 2 (figure 6.4.6) of rear wheel terminal hubs shall make
300 to 400 N•m (four bolts for each hub). If bevel hubs are mounted, the tightening of 4
bevel hubs shall make from 360 to 450 N•m;
- tightening torque of nuts 3 for rear wheels' mounting to the hub shall make from
300 to 350 N•m.;
- tightening torque of nuts 1 for mounting of front wheels to FDA wheel gear group
flanges and front axle hubs shall make from 200 to 250 N•m;
- tightening torque of nuts 5 for mounting of front wheel plates to rim brackets shall
make from 180 to 240 N•m (on BELARUS-820 tractors with FDA with planetary spur wheel
gear groups).
1 – nut for mounting of front wheel plates to FDA wheel gear group flanges; 2 – bolt for
mounting of rear wheel terminal hubs; 3 – nut for mounting of rear wheels to hubs; 4 – bolt for
mounting of bevel hubs of rear wheels; 5 – nut for mounting of front wheel plates to rim brack-
ets.
