5 Coupling of implements

5.1 General information

Section 5 "Coupling of implements" gives necessary instructions and information on
the peculiarities of BELARUS-80.1/82.1/820 tractor application.
The permissible field of tractor BELARUS -80.1/82.1/820 use includes places with
unrestricted air exchange, sufficient flotation and overall passing ability.
Types of work to be performed by BELARUS-80.1/82.1/820 tractor comprise various
agricultural operations with mounted, semi-mounted and trailed machines and implements,
loading-unloading and transportation operations, works in plant cultivation, livestock breeding
and horticulture.
BELARUS-80.1/82.1/820 tractors are completed with necessary work equipment for
coupling of implements i.e. rear lift linkage, tow hitch, rear PTO, side semi-continuous PTO,
hydraulic outlets, pneumatic head and electrical socket. The tractor service equipment listed
above allows for coupling of various machines in structure of MTU (machine and tractor units
or tractor-based units).
ATTENTION: BELARUS-80.1/82.1/820 TRACTORS ARE DESIGNED ONLY FOR
COUPLING OF MOUNTED, SEMI-MOUNTED AND TRAILED AGRICULTURAL IMPLE-
MENTS IN STRUCTURE OF МТU, TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF WHICH, RELAT-
ED TO THE ABILITY TO BE COUPLED, COMPLY WITH THE TRACTOR SPECIFICA-
TIONS! OTHER USE OF TRACTOR IS NOT ALLOWED!
Selection and buying of agricultural implements for BELARUS-80.1/82.1/820 trac-
tors is carried out by the customer on their own according to their needs, and with consid-
eration of the implement and tractor specifications, and also local conditions i.e. agrotech-
nical requirements, soil conditions, personal experience, guidelines of regional advisory
centers and institutions of agricultural industry.
ATTENTION: INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION ON SPECIFIC ASPECTS OF
THE IMPLEMENTS' USE WITH THE TRACTOR, INCLUDING GUIDELINES ON THE
RECOMMENDED TRACTOR SPECIFICATIONS ARE PRESENTED IN OPERATIONAL
DOCUMENTATION FOR THE IMPLEMENTS TO BE COUPLED!
Possibilities of agricultural tractors use in specific conditions are limited by the per-
missible range of rated force on hook and by engine power, by tractor maximum permissi-
ble load, gripping features of the undercarriage, wheelslip, operating driving speed, PTO
value and operating weight of the implements coupled.
ATTENTION: WHILE OPERATING THE TRACTOR IN STRUCTURE OF МТU, IT
IS REQUIRED TO STUDY AND STRICTLY FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS SPECIFIED
IN THE OPERATIONAL DOCUMENTATION OF THE IMPLEMENTS COUPLED WITH
THE TRACTOR! WORKERS WHO FAILED TO STUDY THE GIVEN DOCUMENTATION
INCLUDING THE PROCEDURES ON SAFE MACHINE OPERATION AND WHO DO NOT
HAVE THE GIVEN DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE AT THE WORKING PLACE, ARE NOT
ALLOWED TO OPERATE THE TRACTOR!
ATTENTION: WHEN COUPLING MOUNTED, SEMI-MOUNTED AND TRAILED IM-
PLEMENTS WITH TRACTORS BELARUS-80.1/82.1/820, IT IS ALLOWED TO INSTALL IN
THE CAB THE AUTOMATED SYSTEMS FOR MANUFACTURING PROCESS CONTROL,
BEING THE PART OF THE MACHINE KIT, WITH THEIR CONNECTION TO THE TRACTOR
ON-BOARD NETWORK, IF IT IS PROVIDED FOR IN THE DOCUMENTS ON THE IMPLE-
MENTS USE.
