After adjusting and greasing the bearings of pivoted connection, install the parts
removed off the FDA in reverse order. Tighten the nuts attaching the steering cylinder with
the torque of 180 to 200 N  m, and the nuts attaching the steering link with the torque of
110 to 130 N  m.

Note – The operation shall be performed on tractors with HPS
Check and, if necessary, tighten nut 2 (figure 3.13.1) attaching drop arm 1 with the
torque of 280 to 320 N•m.
6.4.4.16 Operation 47. Replacing of filter cartridge and rinsing of breather in com-
bined HLL and HSC tank (in HLL tank)
The operation shall be performed for tractors with universal cabin (with canopy
frame or canopy base on the basis of universal cabin)
First and second replacement of filter cartridge shall be performed after 500 hours
of tractor operation. Then, filter cartridge shall be replaced every 1000 hours of operation
simultaneously with oil change in HLL and HSC (in HLL).
To change filter cartridge in combined tank of HLL and HSC (in HLL tank), do the
following:
- unscrew bolts 2 (Figure 6.4.38), remove cover 1 and take out the filter cartridge
assembly with the help of limiter 4;
- remove nuts 3, limiter 4 and filter cartridge 5;
- rinse housing 6 in washing fluid;
- install a new filter cartridge and assemble the filter by repeating the operations in
reverse order;
- install the filter assembly into the hydraulic system tank, close it with cover 1 and
fasten with bolts 2.
