When setting the RLL in transport position it is necessary to carry out full locking of
the buckles in transport position.
Carry out full locking of the buckles in transport position in the following way:
- if the buckles were fully locked in transport position, when raised in the upper posi-
tion of the machine (implement), it is necessary to check the value of lateral swinging of
the machine (implement), which shall not exceed 20 mm in each direction. If necessary,
adjust the length of the buckle, rotating screw 2 by handle 3;
- if the buckles were partially locked in working position, then it is necessary to first
fully lock the buckles in working position, as specified above. Then with the machine (im-
plement) raised in the upper position it is necessary to check the value of the lateral swing-
ing of the machine (implement), which shall not exceed 20 mm in each direction. If neces-
sary, adjust the length of the buckle, rotating screw 2 by handle 3.

3.16.2.1.3 External turnbuckles

During tractor operation the external turnbuckles shall be always locked in one of
the three positions:
- partial locking of the buckles in working position;
- full locking of the buckles in working position;
- full locking of the buckles in transport position.
Carry out partial locking of the buckles in working position as follows:
- attach the machine (implement) to the lower links and slightly lift it until it is off the
ground;
- position the machine (implement) symmetrically to the longitudinal tractor axis;
- the buckles shall be attached to the lower holes of brackets 1, as shown in view a)
of figure 3.16.5;
- to achieve swinging of the implement in each direction not less than 125 mm ad-
just the lengths of buckles 2 by rotating central element A of the buckles.
ATTENTION: ALWAYS MAINTAIN A SWINGING SIZE OF AT LEAST 125 MM TO
AVOID BUCKLES BREAKING WHEN LIFTING THE MACHINE INTO TRANSPORT PO-
SITION!
а) Partial locking of the external buckles
1 – bracket; 2 – buckle; 3 – limiting chain; 4 – additional axis.

Carry out full locking of the buckles in working position in the following way:
- attach the machine (implement) to the lower links and slightly lift it until it is off the
ground;
