3.15 Hydraulic lift linkage

3.15.1 General information

The hydraulic lift linkage provides operation of the rear lift linkage and of the hydroficated
working bodies of the agricultural machines coupled with the tractor. It provides the possibility
for application of draft, position and depth methods of depth adjustment of agricultural ma-
chines and implements working bodies.
The hydraulic lift linkage consists of oil tank 2 (figure 3.15.1) with filter, pump 8, distribu-
tor 1, draft control 6, main cylinder 5, rear lift linkage mechanism 4, quick couplings 7, cut-off
couplings and remote cylinders.
Handles to control HLL distributor outlets and RLL control (draft control) are represented
in subsections 2.16 and 2.17.
HLL components are located in different tractor places and are interconnected by the
metal pipelines and hoses.
Three pairs of independent outlets are provided on the tractors: two pairs of the side out-
lets and one pair of rear outlets, which end with quick couplings and designed for connection of
the remote cylinders. Upon request drainage oil pipeline 3 ending with quick coupling can be
mounted for operation with hydraulic motors.
