6.4.3.6 Operation 27. Lubrication of coupling clutch shifter bearing
Note –. If using grease MS-1000 TU 0254-003-45540231-99, the operation should
be performed every 500 hours of tractor operation.
In order to lubricate the shifter bearing of coupling clutch, do the following:
- unscrew plug 1 (Figure 6.4.22) on the left side of clutch body 2;
- put the tip of grease gun into the opening;
- through the grease fitting, screwed into the shifter body for lubricating release bearing,
inject the grease as indicated in table 6.7.1 from four to six times.

ATTENTION: DO NOT INJECT EXCESS VOLUME OF GREASE SINCE EXCES-
SIVE GREASE WILL GATHER INSIDE CLUTCH HOUSING AND CAN GET TO FRIC-
TION SURFACES OF FRICTION LININGS OF DRIVEN DISK!
6.4.3.7 Operation 28. Check / adjustment of clutch pedal free travel
Clean clutch pedal from dirt and foreign objects.
Control and, if necessary, adjustment of clutch pedal free travel shall be carried out
in compliance with subsection 3.2.3.2 "Adjustment of coupling clutch pedal free travel."
6.4.3.8 Operation 29. Change of oil filter or cleaning of rotor of a centrifugal oil filter
of the engine
6.4.3.8.1 Change of oil filter
Change oil filter according to figure 6.4.23 simultaneously with changing oil in diesel
engine crankcase, in the following order:
- screw out the filter from the fitting by using a special wrench or other objects at
hand;
- screw on a new filter on the fitting, FM 009-1012005 (OAO "Avtoagregat", Livny,
Russia) or М5101 (SOAO "Difa", Grodno, Belarus) or NF-1501-02 (ZAO "PKF" Nevsy
Filtr", Saint-Petersburg, Russia).
When mounting the filter on a fitting, grease gasket 2 with engine oil. After the gasket
touches the supporting surface of filter body 1, tighten the filter by another 3/4 revolution.
Use only the force of your hands to install filter on the housing.
In future, order oil filters from: a) FM 009-1012005 at the address: 303858, Russia,
Orlovskaya oblast, Livny, Industrialnaya street, 2a, OAO "Avtoagregat"; b) М5101 at the
address: 230019, Belarus, Grodno, M.Belusha street, 45, SOAO "Difa"; c) NF-1501-02 at
the address: 193019, Russia, Saint-Petersburg, Glinyanaya st., 23, ZAO "PKF Nevsky filtr.
