- check oil level in HLL and HSC tank (in HLL tank), as indicated in section 6.4.1.4, and
top up if necessary.

Simultaneously with replacing the filter cartridge, screw out the breather plug of com-
bined tank of HLL and HSC (HLL tank), remove the foam rubber stuffing, rinse it, squeeze and
place back.
6.4.4.16 Operation 48. Rinsing the filter cartridge of HLL tank
The operation shall be performed for tractors with universal cabin (with canopy frame or
canopy base on the basis of universal cabin)
First and second rinsing of filter cartridge shall be performed after 500 hours of tractor
operation. Then, filter cartridge shall be rinsed every 1000 hours of operation simultaneously
with oil change in HLL.
To rinse filter cartridge in HLL tank, do the following:
- detach drain hose from cover 4 (Figure 6.4.39), screw out bolts 5 and remove cover 4;
- take out filter housing 1 assembly from the HLL tank;
- remove stop 2 and take filter cartridges 3 out of housing 1;
- rinse all filter elements in washing fluid;
- place filter elements 3 back into housing 1 and fix with stop 2;
- install the filter assembly into the tank of hydraulic system, close it with cover 4 and
fasten with bolts 5;
- attach the drain hose to cover 4;
- check the oil level in HLL tank as indicated in section 6.4.1.5, and top up if necessary.

Simultaneously with rinsing the filter cartridge, screw out breather plug 6 of HLL tank, re-
move the foam rubber filling, rinse, squeeze it and re-install it.
