3.14 Hydrostatic steering control with hydraulic power steering housing

3.14.1 General information

The hydrostatic steering control (HSC) with the dosing pump on the HPS housing is
intended for steering of the guiding wheels turning and reduction of the force on the steer-
ing wheel when turning the tractor.
1 – back-flow valves; 2 – hydraulic booster housing; 3 – dosing pump; 4 – differen-
tial lock sensor; 5 – HSC feed pump; 6 – suction hydraulic line; 7 – drop arm; 8 – swivel
lever; 9 – swing hydraulic cylinder; 10 – cylinder bracket; P – pressure hydraulic line;

HSC with the dosing pump on the HPS housing consists of dosing pump 3 (figure
3.14.1), hydraulic steering cylinder 9, gear feed pump 5 with the drive from the engine, hy-
draulic booster housing 2 and hydraulic fixtures (fittings, valves, oil pipelines, high pres-
sure hoses, flexible hoses and their fastening parts).
