6.4.5.6.2 Rinsing of oil filter of HPS body (with HPS installed)
To rinse oil filter 9 (Figure 6.4.43) do the following:
- detach oil lines 7, 13 и 15;
- unscrew bolts 5 fastening cover 6 to the body, and remove cover 6 with the help of
two dismounting bolts;
- release locknut 10 and screw out reduction valve 11;
- take out drain filter 9 and rinse it in washing fluid;
- check and, if necessary, tighten nut 8 of turning shaft. The tightening torque of
nut 8 shall make from 280 to 320 Nꞏm;
- install filter 9 and assemble the parts by repeating the operations in reverse order;
- adjust the axial travel of turning shaft as indicated in section 3.13.2 "Adjustments
of hydraulic power steering."

6.4.5.6.2 Rinsing of oil filter of HPS body (with installed HSC with HPS body)
To rinse oil filter 7 (Figure 6.4.44) do the following:
- detach oil lines 10 and 11;
- unscrew bolts 4 attaching cover 5 to the body, and remove cover 5 with the help of
two dismounting bolts;
- release locknut 8 and screw out reduction valve 9;
- take out drain filter 7 and rinse it in washing fluid;
- install filter 7 and assemble the parts by repeating the operations in reverse order;
