6.4.2.9 Operation 18. Check of tyre inflation pressure
Pressure in front and rear tyres shall be determined based on load on single tyre, tractor
driving speed and operations performed. If necessary adjjust the pressure in the tyres to the re-
quired value in compliance with subsection 4.2.8 «Selecting of optimal inner pressure in tyres
depending on operational conditions and load on tractor axles, instructions for use of tyres."
ATTENTION: CONTROL, AND IF NECESSARY NORMALIZING THE TYRE IN-
TERNAL PRESSURE SHALL BE CARRIED OUT EACH TIME WHEN TRACTOR
CHANGES BETWEEN TYPES OF OPERATIONS AND IS RE-EQUIPPED WITH OTHER
IMPLEMENTS AND INSTRUMENTS COUPLED!
6.4.2.10 Operation 19. Drain of sediment from fuel tanks
Drain sediment from each of the fuel tanks.
To drain sediment from a fuel tank, perform the following:
- unscrew fitting 1 (Figure 6.4.12) of fuel tank 2 (fitting 1 is located in lower part of fuel
tank 2);
- drain sediment till clean fuel appears;
- after appearance of clean fuel without water and dirt screw in fitting 1 of fuel tank 2
back to its place with the torque from 10 to 20 N ꞏm .
ATTENTION: DRAIN FUEL SEDIMENT ONLY IF THE FUEL VOLUME IN THE TANK
DOES NOT EXCEED 1/8 OF THE TOTAL TANK CAPACITY!
6.4.2.11 Operation 20. Drain of sediment from coarse fuel filter
To drain the sediment from coarse fuel filter it is necessary to perform the following:
- open drain plug 1 (Figure 6.4.13) of coarse fuel filter 2;
- drain the sediment until the clean fuel appears, collect sediment in special container;
- after appearing of clean fuel without water and drain, close drain plug 1.
