3.2.2.2 Dismounting of clutch coupling

Dismounting of the clutch coupling is carried out after detachment of the engine
from the transmission in the following sequence:
- install three technological bolts (M12x40), screwing them in pressure plate 3 (fig-
ure 3.2.2) through the technological holes of bearing plate 6;
- unscrew nuts of bearing plate mounting to the flywheel and remove clutch plates in
assembly (bearing plate 6 with pressure plate 3);
- remove driven disc 2.

3.2.2.3 Mounting of clutch coupling

Mounting of the clutch coupling is carried out in the following sequence:
- mount driven disc 2 (figure 3.2.2) with the long end of the hub to flywheel 1;
- mount clutch plates in assembly (bearing plate 6 with pressure plate 3) on fly-
wheel pins with bushings 10, tighten with nuts (tightening torque from 70 to 90
N∙m);
- mount technological mandrel and screw out technological bolts.
- adjust the position of release levers 5.

3.2.2.4 Adjustment of clutch coupling release levers

Adjustment of the clutch coupling release levers is done in the following way:
- screwing in or screwing out adjustment nuts 8 (figure 3.2.2) adjust the position of
release levers for a size of 13±0,5 mm from the bearing surfaces of the levers to
the end face of the hub of the bearing plate. The difference of sizes for separate
levers shall be not move than 0,3 mm;
after you adjust the levers install locking plates 7 and secure them with bolts;
-
- remove the mandrel.
