2.17.2 Hydraulic hook grips or lowering link control
Upon request tractor can be equipped with trailed pickup hook (hydraulic hook).The
hydraulic hook is designed for working with semi-trailers and agricultural machines on their
basis.
1 – handle to control hydraulic hook grips; 2 – operating link; 3 – grips; 4 – hook
with axis; 5 – lifting rods.
Figure 2.17.3 – Diagram of the hydraulic hook control
Attachment of agricultural implements to the hydraulic hook is carried out in the following
way:
- with the help of handle 1 (figure 2.17.3), which is installed in the cabin, through operat-
ing link 2 turn grips 3, releasing hook axis 4;
- lowering the RLL by the control handle in lower position bring hook 4 down the level of
the coupled implement;
- slowly drive up to the position until the throat of hook 4 is not under the loop and lifting
the RLL to the upper position fix the axis of hook 4 in the grips 3.
To disconnect the agricultural implement from the hydraulic hook proceed as follows:
- raise handle 1 to the upper position;
- lower the RLL and drive forward on the tractor;
- raise the RLL to the upper position, fix hook axis 4 in grips 3.
Upon request tractor with draft control can be equipped with lowering link, which is de-
signed for coupling semi-trailed and trailed agricultural machines.
Attachment and detachment of agricultural machines to the lowering link is done in the
same way as to the hydraulic hook.
