19 – nuts attaching swivel levers to front axle knuckles (for BELARUS – 80.1);
20 – locking nuts of the steering link tube;
21 – ball pins of steering link.
1. Check and, if necessary, tighten twelve bolts М16 (six bolts on each side) that at-
tach side rails to the front bar, with the torque of 160 to 180 N  m;
2. Check and, if necessary, tighten nine bolts М16 that attach side rails to the clutch
body, with the torque of 160 to 200 N  m.
3. Check and, if necessary, tighten two bolts М12 that connect the engine and
clutch body, with the torque of 70 to 80 N  m.
4. Check and, if necessary, tighten ten bolts М16 at the junction of gearbox body
and clutch body, with the torque of 160 to 200 N  m.
5. Check and, if necessary, tighten seven bolts М16 at the junction of gearbox body
and rear axle body, with the torque of 160 to 200 N  m.
6. Check and, if necessary, tighten bolts M16, seven (nine) on each of the two junc-
tions of rear axle body and axle shaft tube, with the torque of 200 to 220 N  m.
Note – To access bolt heads, it is necessary to dismount rear wheels of the tractor.
7. Check and, if necessary, tighten five bolts М20х60 that attach bracket of RLL turning
shaft to the rear axle body, with the torque of 250 to 300 N  m.
8. Check and, if necessary, tighten four bolts М20х95 that attach bracket of RLL cyl-
inder to the rear axle body, with the torque of 250 to 300 N  m.
9. Check and, if necessary, tighten four lower nuts (on stud-bolts) М16 fastening the
brackets of outer lock of RLL lower links, with the torque of 160 to 220 N  m.
10. Check and, if necessary, tighten connections of cab supporting brackets (front
and rear ones) to the tractor framework. The tightening torque of four bolts М16 of front
brackets shall make 160 to 200 N  m. The tightening torque of four bolts М20 of rear brack-
ets shall make 220 to 250 N  m.
Visually inspect the reliability of split pin stop for the castellated nut М16 that at-
taches lower vibration absorber of the cab (four points).
11. Check and, if necessary, tighten fourteen bolts М16 (seven bolts on each side)
of connection between FDA body 822-2300020 and the tubes, with the torque of 180 to
200 N  m.
Note – The operation shall be performed on BELARUS-820 tractors.
12. Check and, if necessary, tighten sixteen bolts М16 (eight bolts on each side) of
connection between wheel gear groups of FDA 822-2300020 and the tubes, with the
torque of 180 to 200 N  m.
Note – The operation shall be performed on BELARUS-820 tractors.
13. Check and, if necessary, tighten fourteen bolts М16 (seven bolts on each side)
of connection between body of FDA 72-2300020 and the tubes, with the torque of 180 to
200 N  m.
Note – The operation shall be performed on BELARUS-82.1 tractors.
