previously configured mail user (see Configure Mail Users on
page 107).
Saves...
A report containing all of the available detailed MLM data for MLM‐enabled
media in the selected location (a specific partition or the total library).
Note:
Depending on the number of cartridges in the selected location, this
report can be quite large.
Only the fields displayed in the report that you selected on the Media Lifecycle
Management Report screen (Figure 143 on page 278).
Note:
The headings in the saved report reflect the fields displayed in the
report you selected in the Media Lifecycle Management Report screen.
The report as a zip file. Zipping the report is especially useful when emailing
the Report All Media Lifecycle Data report.
Note:
If you unzip the report using the standard format used by most file‐
zipping applications, the application creates the following directory structure:
*\hard disk\lc\reports.
