Chapter 4 — Configuring the Library
Configuration Process Use the following steps to configure the library for
network access.

 Dynamic — T he library is issued an IPv4 address by the DHCP server
and an IPv6 address through address assignment. Both are
displayed on the Network Settings screen.
 Static (highly recommended) — T he library uses fixed IP addresses.

The subnet mask. The subnet mask must be a valid IPv4 address.
A valid network gateway IPv4 address. Leave the field blank if the network
does not use a gateway.
