Installat ion
(1) Before installing the glass in the tail gate, in-
stall the glass lower channel and bracket.
(2)
Insert the glass into the tail gate run channels
deep enough to engage the regulator arms into the
window frame channel.
(3) Install the inside trim panel.
(4)
Install the garnish moulding and handle.
(5) Operate the window and adjust the alignment
as necessary.
Regulator Assembly
(AP Models)
The regulator assembly (Fig. 135) controls the par-
allel adjustment of the tail gate glass (Fig. 130). The
regulator assembly is attached to mounting brackets
on the tail gate inner panel by screw and washer as-
semblies.

Lower the tail gate glass and open the tail gate.
(2) Remove the tail gate inside handle and trim

Removal
(1) Remove the tail gate glass assembly.
