(3) From under the instrument panel disconnect
the radio feed and radio illumination wires at the fuse
block.
(4)
Disconnect the antenna and radio speaker
leads.
(5) Remove the screw attaching the radio mount-
ing bracket to the instrument panel lower reinforce-
ment.
(6) Loosen the top screw on the radio mounting
bracket and remove the mounting bracket.
(7)
From the front of the radio remove the two
nuts attaching the radio to the instrument panel and
remove the radio from under the instrument panel.

(1) Disconnect the battery ground cable.
(2)
Remove the control knobs from the front of

NOTE: For vehicles equipped with air condition-
ing, the radio is serviced through the glove box
opening in the instrument panel.
(1)
From under the instrument panel position the
radio in the panel opening and install the radio to in-
strument panel mounting bracket.
(2)
Connect the speaker leads, radio feed wire and
antenna lead cable.
(3)
Install the radio mounting nuts.
(4)
Install the radio control knobs.

(5) Connect the battery ground cable.
NOTE: For vehicles equipped with air condition-
ing, the radio
is
serviced through the glove box
opening in the instrument panel.
(1)
From under the instrument panel position the
radio into the instrument panel opening.
(2)
From the front of the radio install the two nuts
that attach the radio to the instrument panel. Tighten
the nuts securely.
(3) Position the top of the radio mounting bracket
under the mounting screw on the back of the radio.
Tighten the screw securely.
(4) Install the screw that attaches the bottom of the
radio mounting bracket to the instrument panel low-
er reinforcement.
(5) Connect the radio feed and radio illumination
wires at the fuse block on the instrument panel lower
reinforcement.
(6) Connect the antenna and radio speaker leads.
(7) Install the radio control knobs.
(8) Connect the battery ground cable.

(1) Position the radio assembly under the instru-
ment panel and connect the radio power feed cable.
(2)
Position the radio into the instrument panel.
(3) Install the radio bezel.
(4)
Install the mounting nuts on the front of the
