Test battery specific gravity and recharge or
replace as necessary.
Clean and tighten battery Connections. Apply
a coat of petrolatum to terminals.
Refer to "Starting Motor."*
Wipe wires and cap clean and dry.
Replace any cracked or shorted cables.
Test and replace
if
necessary.*
