ACEmanager Web UI
The ACEmanager page is not displaying properly.
1. Ensure the you are using a supported browser. See
supported browsers.
2. Hold the Shift key + click the Refresh button. This reloads the page, while ignoring
what is in the cache.
If the problem persists:
•
Clear the cache. (The procedure varies, depending on the browser.)
•
Restart the browser.
•
Restart your computer.
Templates
The template does not upload properly when I use Internet Explorer 9.
To resolve the problem:
1. In Internet Explorer 9, go to Tools > Internet Options.
2. Select the Security tab.

3. Click Custom level....
4. Scroll down until you see "Include local directory path when uploading files to a
server".
