Query, enable, or disable the ALEOS SIM PIN feature for the SIM card in SIM slot 1
(upper slot). When enabled, ALEOS automatically enters the SIM PIN requested by
the SIM card on boot up. This is useful if the gateway is at a location where no one is
available to enter the PIN.
