committed-rate-kbps—Specifies the maximum number of kilobits per
second of ingress traffic on a port. The range is 100 – max port speed.
burst committed-burst-bytes
unspecified, defaults to 128K.

User Guidelines
Storm control and rate-limit (of Unicast packets) cannot be enabled simultaneously

41.23 rate-limit (VLAN)

Use the Layer 2 rate-limit (VLAN) Global Configuration mode command to limit the
incoming traffic rate for a VLAN. Use the no form of this command to disable the
rate limit.
