ECM
Lift and support the fuel tank (page 3-5).
Pull out the ECM from the stay (page 5-96).
Disconnect the ECM 33P (Black and Light gray) con­
nectors.
Perform the following inspections at the wire har­
ness side connector.
TOOL:
Test probe
IMMOBILIZER INDICATOR LINE
INSPECTION
Measure the voltage between the 812 (White/red)
wire terminal{+) and ground (-).
There should be battery voltage when the ignition
switch is turned to "ON".
POWER INPUT LINE INSPECTION
Measure the voltage between the A4 {Black/white)
wire terminal (+) and ground (-).
There should be battery voltage when the ignition
switch is turned to "ON".
GROUND LINE INSPECTION
Check the continuity between the 84 {Green) wire
terminal and ground.
Also check the continuity between the A23 and A24
{Green/white) wire terminals and ground.
There should be continuity at all times.
