Remove the pad pin plug.
Remove the pad pin and brake pads.
Make sure that the pad spring is in place.
Always replace the Install the new brake pads.

Push the brake pads against the pad spring, then

TORQUE: 17 N·m (1.7 kgf•m, 13 lbf . ft)
Install the pad pin plug and tighten it to the speci­
fied torque.
TORQUE: 2.5 N·m (0.3 kgf•m, 1.8 lbf·ft)
Operate the brake lever to seat the caliper pistons
against the pads.
