Measure the master cylinder I.D.
CB600F·
SERVICE LIMIT: 12.755 mm (0.5022 in)
Measure the master piston O.D.
SERVICE LIMIT: 12.645 mm (0.4978 in)

PUSH ROD ASSEMBLY
Coat the master piston and piston cups with clean
brake fluid.
CB600FA:
Install the primary cup onto the spring.
Install the spring and master piston with the push
rod into the master cylinder.
Do not allow the
piston cup lips to
turn inside out.
