Tighten the mounting bolts securely.
Install the joint pipe to the water pump cover and
tighten the bolt securely.
Connect the lower radiator hose and oil cooler
water hose.
Tighten the hose band screws as shown.
Install the crankcase rear cover (page 7-15).
Fill the system with recommended coolant and
bleed the air (page 6-7).
Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
