COOLING SYSTEM
INSTALLATION
Align the direction of the thermostat stamp mark
with the boss of housing.
Install the thermostat into the housing by aligning
the body with the groove of the housing.
Install the thermostat housing cover to the housing
by aligning the bosses of housing and cover.
Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 12 N-m (1.2 kgf-m, 9 lbf.ft)
Install a new O-ring to the thermostat housing
groove.
Install the thermostat housing to the cylinder head
and tighten the bolts securely.
Connect the bypass hose to the thermostat housing
and tighten the hose band screw securely.
Connect the ETC sensor 3P (Black) connector.
