Apply engine oil to the oil cooler bolt threads and a
new sealing washer seating surface.
Install the sealing washer and oil cooler bolt.
Hold the oil cooler by your hand and tighten the
bolts to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 59 N-m (6.0 kgf•m, 44 lbf.ft)
Connect the oil cooler water hoses to the oil cooler
and tighten the hose clamp screws securely.
Fill the crankcase with the recommended oil (page
3-17).
Fill the cooling system and bleed any air (page 6-7).
Check that there is no oil leaks.
