CRANKSHAFT /PISTON/CYLINDER
Measure the piston pin bore.
SERVICE LIMIT: 16.02 mm (0.631 in)
Measure the 0.0. of the piston pin.
SERVICE LIMIT: 15.98 mm (0.629 in)
Calculate the piston-to-piston pin clearance.
SERVICE LIMIT: 0.04 mm (0.002
Measure the diameter o'I the piston at 6 mm (0.2 in)
from the bottom and 90 degrees to the piston pin
hole.
SERVICE LIMIT: 66.90 mm (2.634 in)
CONNECTING ROD INSPECTION
Measure the connecting rod small end 1.0.
SERVICE LIMIT: 16.05 mm (0.632 in)
Calculate the connecting rod-to-piston pin clear­
ance.
SERVICE LIMIT: 0.07 mm (0.003 in}
