Apply a locking agent to the cooling fan nut threads.
Install and tighten the nut securely.
Install the cooling fan motor assembly onto the radi­
ator .
Install the mounting bolts with washers and tighten
the bolts to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 8.4 N·m (0.9 kgf·m, 6.2 !bf.ft)
Install the radiator grill while aligning the tabs to
hooks on the radiator.
INSTALLATION
Be careful not to Install the radiator assembly with the mounting rub­
damage the radiator bers, washers and upper mounting bolts.
fms. Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 3.5 N-m (0.4 kgf-m. 2.6 lbf . ftl
