FRONT WHEEL/SUSPENSION/STEERING
Install the master cylinder by aligning the edge of
the master cylinder with the punch mark on the han­
dlebar.
Install the master cylinder holder with the "UP"
mark facing up.
Tighten the upper bolt first, the lower bolt.
TORQUE: 12 N•m (1.2 kgf·m, 9 lbf . ft)
Connect the front brake light switch wire connec­
tors.
Install the clutch lever bracket by aligning the punch
marks on the handlebar and bracket.
Tighten the bolt securely.
Install the switch housing plate.
Apply Honda Bond A, Honda hand grip cement or
equivalent to the inside surface of the left handlebar
grip and to the clean surfaces of the handlebar.
Wait 3-5 minutes and install the grips. Rotate the
