5.7.5.29.4. Usage Guideline
The RRQ message is keep alive message between gateway and gatekeeper.
The RRQ message interval is TTL value. If gateway does not send RRQ message
to gatekeeper within TTL time due to transmission delay, VoIP gateway
registration expiration will be occurred in gatekeeper. To protect registration
expiration due to small transmission delay, guard-band margin of TTL value is
necessary.
For example, if TTL is 100 sec and ttl-margin is 20, RRQ interval is 80sec.
