There are two types of call transfer. The first type, confirmed method represents
that user B hook-on occurs call transfer after conversion between user B and
user C, non-confirmed call transfer represents that user B hook-on occurs call
transfer at ringing state of user C after dialing.
AddPac VoIP gateway supports confirmed and non-confirmed call transfers all.
