max-forward-hop

When call diversion is set and inbound call busy is occurred, VoIP gateway
performs call forwarding to the other gateway. However, if call-forwarding loop
is existed or cascaded VoIP gateway performs the call forwarding continuously,
VoIP inbound call fall in deadlock. This command can be used to restrict
maximum hop count to protect deadlock state.
