5.7.5.13.2. Default value
In case of G.7231, default value is 1. This means that audio frame is generated
and transmiting RTP packet at every 30ms interval.
Default value is 2 in case of G.729. This means that audio frame is generated at
10ms interval and transmiting RTP packet at 20ms interval.

5.7.5.13.4. Usage Guideline
Generally, if bandwidth is low or congestion is occurred in internet, increase the
max-frame length. At first step, increase the max-frame length as 2 in G.7231,
4 in G.729. If this does not work well, increase the max-frame length as 3 in
G.7231, 6~8 in G.729. Buf, if max-frame is too large, this feature have
transmission delay problem. In cable network that have poor upstream network
environment, this command with qos-control command will enhance the voice
quality.
