Usage Guideline
The calling
ringing. The ring- back tone is generated from calling party side or called party
side. The called party send ring-back tone to calling party using two methods.
The first method is in-band audio packet that is transmited to receive side via
RTP channel by fast start procedure. The second method is ALERT message
tone received from called party.

local-ringback-tone

The calling party user hear the ring-back tone indicating a called party's
ringing. This command is used for hearing ring-back tone generated in local
calling party not received from called party. To disable local ring-back tone,
use no local-ringback-tone command.
