PSTN Backup Related Command Setting
When network interfaces of VoIP gateway are normal and communication
between VoIP gateway and gatekeeper is normal, all call conversion is occurred
via VoIP network.
However, when network interface of VoIP gateway and communication with
gatekeeper is abnormal, user does not use the VoIP service via Internet. In case,
user can use PSTN service via PSTN back-up features. AddPac VoIP gateway
supports the busyout monitor , busy action services for PSTN backup features.
5.3.12.1.
Busyout Monitor
The VoIP gateway performs call transfer to PSTN when network interface of VoIP
gateway and communication with gatekeeper is abnormal.
This Busyout monitor command can assign the PSTN backup condition and pre
-determines the operation mode of VoIP gateway at PSTN backup.
