ATTENTION: WHEN OPERATING ON ROADS WITH HARD SURFACE, IT IS RE-
QUIRED TO DISENGAGE THE FDA DRIVE IN ORDER TO PREVENT INCREASED WEAR
OF FRONT WHEEL TIRES!
ATTENTION: VIOLATION OF RULES FOR USING FDA DRIVE OPERATION MODES
MAY RESULT IN BREAKDOWN OF FDA PARTS AND OTHER PARTS OF TRANSMISSION!
TRACTOR OPERATION WITH FDA DRIVE ENGAGED WHEN THE TRAVELLING
SPEED IS ABOVE 13 KM/H IS FORBIDDEN!

2.15.4 Rear axle differential lock control

The rear axle differential lock (DL) is controlled with switch 5 (figures 2.15.1 and
2.15.2). The indication of rear axle DL operation is performed by annunciator 4.
Switch 5 has three positions:
"DL off" - middle fixed;
"DL automatic control" – upper fixed;
"DL positive activation" – lower non-fixed.
To avoid increased wear of rear wheel tires and rear axle DL, use the mode "DL off"
when moving on roads with hard surface with the travelling speed above 13 km/h.
The mode "DL automatic control" with guide wheel position corresponding to linear
movement, engages the rear axle DL and annunciator 4 goes off.
The real axle DL is disengaged automatically when the guide wheels turn to the angle
above 13° or when any or both brake pedals are depressed. In this case annunciator 4 goes
out.
The mode "DL automatic control" is disengaged by setting switch 5 into the position "DL
off". Annunciator 4 goes out.
Use the mode "DL automatic control" when carrying out operations with significant rela-
tive skidding of rear wheels.
If rear axle DL short-time positive activation is required irrespective of front wheel turn-
ing angle, press switch 5 and hold it pressed in the position "DL positive activation". The rear
axle DL remains engaged during the time of holding switch 5 pressed. Simultaneously annun-
ciator 4 goes off. When switch 5 is released, the RADL returns to its initial (disengaged) state
and annunciator 4 goes out.
TRACTOR OPERATION WITH RADL ENGAGED WHEN THE TRAVELLING SPEED IS
ABOVE 13 KM/H IS FORBIDDEN!
TRACTOR OPERATION ON ROADS WITH HARD SURFACE WITH RADL CONSTANTLY
ENGAGED IS FORBIDDEN!

2.15.5 Annunciation of oil emergency temperature in the hydraulic lift linkage

The annunciator of oil emergency temperature in the HLL 8 (figures 2.15.1 and 2.15.2)
lights up when oil temperature in the HLL tank exceeds the permissible limit.
ATTENTION: IN CASE THE ANNUNCIATOR OF OIL EMERGENCY TEMPERATURE IN
THE HLL TANK GETS ACTIVATED, TRACTOR OPERATION SHALL BE STOPPED IN ORDER
TO AVOID FAILURE OF HLL HYDRAULIC UNITS, DETECT AND ELIMINATE THE REASON
FOR OIL OVERHEATING IN THE HLL!

2.15.6 Indication of GB reduction unit actuated pass

After engine start, there gets activated the GB reduction unit pass, at which the engine
was stopped – annunciator 6 or 7 (figures 2.15.1 and 2.15.2) lights up on the panel.
On the stopped tractor, when pressing button 6 (figure 2.14.1) on the lever handle, GB
reduction unit higher pass gets activated. By doing so, annunciator 7 (figures 2.15.1 and
2.15.2) "turtle" goes out and annunciator 6 "hare" lights up.
On the stopped tractor, when pressing the lower button on the lever handle, reversion
switching from GB reduction unit higher pass to the lower one takes place. Annunciator 6
"hare" on the panel goes out and annunciator 7 "turtle" lights up.
Simultaneously with activation of annunciators 7 and 6, the corresponding annunciators
on the lever for switching GB reduction unit gears and passes light up.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO SWITCH GB REDUCTION UNIT PASSES DURING TRACTOR
MOVEMENT!
