4.5 Particularities of the Tractor Hydraulic System Usage for Driving the Work
Tools and Other Elements of the Hitched Machines and Implements, Which
are Equipped with Hydraulic Systems
The BELARUS-921.6tractor's mounted device hydraulic control system provides for
possibility to take-off oil for the hitched machines operation. Following versions are availa-
ble:
- oil take-off by the single-action and double-action hydraulic cylinders;
- replenishment of the oil volume in the tank, which caused by the machine hydrau-
lic cylinders and valves cavities filling - will be provided after testing the tractor hydraulic
systems operation with machine;
- oil take-off for the hydraulic motors driving.
While operating the hydraulically assisted machines equipped with hydraulic mo-
tors, it is mandatory to connect the hydraulic motor drain pipeline to the tractor special out-
put in order to provide for oil free draining into the tank bypassing the distributor. If there is
no distributor, then through special pipeline into the tank filling neck.
ATTENTION: SPECIFIC OIL FEED RATE IS NECESSATY TO GUARANTEE RE-
QUIRED ROTATION SPEED OF THE HITCHED MACHINES HYDRAULIC MOTOR. OP-
ERATING FLUID SUPPLY ON THE BELARUS-921.6 TRACTOR DEPENDS ON THE EN-
GINE RPM, THEREFORE THE MACHINE HYDRAULIC DRIVE SHALL BE EQUIPPED
WITH OWN FLOW CONTROL VALVE!
If the tractor HMS outputs are used for controlling the hitched machine, it is neces-
sary to provide for required oil volume in the tank. The oil take-off by the hitched machine
hydraulic cylinders shall be no higher than twelve litres.
Increased oil take-off during hitching will increase load on the tractor HMS. In case
of long-term usage of the hydraulic drive, it is necessary to monitor the HMS temperature
condition.
Check oil level and refill the tractor hydraulic tank when the working cylinder rods
are retracted in the tractor and in the hitched machine as well. It is prohibited to fill by oil
when the hitched machine work tools are in lifted position, since it might lead to the tank
overfilling and the hydraulic drive elements rupturing by excess oil, which will be displaced
from the cylinders during subsequent lowering of the work tools.
Main specifications of the BELARUS-921.6 tractor HMS for the hitched hydraulically
assisted machines and implements work tools are specified inTable 4.5.1.
