peer neighbor-route

Overview
Use this command in Interface Configuration mode for a PPP interface to re-enable
the creation of peer neighbor routes after the default behavior has been disabled.
Use the no form of this command in Interface Configuration mode for a PPP
interface to disable the default behavior of creating a neighbor route for the peer.
Syntax
peer neighbor-route
no peer neighbor-route
Default
A 32-bit host route (with a /32 mask) is created to the peer address on a PPP
interface after PPP IPCP negotiation finishes.
Usage
Use the no form of this command if the default behavior creates issues within your
network. Use the
issuing this command.
Mode
Interface Configuration for a PPP interface
To re-enable the default behavior for the PPP interface ppp1, where a 32-bit host
Examples
route (with a /32 mask) is created to the peer address on a PPP interface after PPP
IPCP negotiation finishes, enter the commands:
awplus#
awplus(config)#
awplus(config-if)#
To disable the default behavior for the PPP interface ppp0, to prevent a 32-bit host
route being added to the IP router table, enter the commands:
awplus#
awplus(config)#
