Up time of the (S, G, RP) entry in SA cache of the local
router, in minutes. The maximum value is 255.
An (S, G, RP) entry exists in the SA cache of the local
router, but the RP is different from the RP specified in the
request message.
The local router is an RP, but it may be another RP than the
source RP in the (S, G, RP) entry.
SA cache is enabled on the local router.
An (S, G, RP) entry exists in SA cache of the local router.
